Our olive oil comes directly from our own family olive grove in Taourirt, Morocco. There is no middleman, no mass production, and no blending with other oils. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within hours, preserving all natural aromas, antioxidants, and nutrients. The result is a pure extra virgin olive oil with a strong, recognizable flavor.
Our olive oil is cold-pressed through a mechanical process where the temperature remains below 27°C. This prevents oxidation and ensures that the natural aromas, antioxidants, and vitamins are preserved. The olives are processed shortly after harvest to guarantee freshness.
