Our olive oil comes directly from our own family olive grove in Taourirt, Morocco. There is no intermediary, no mass production, and no mixing with other oils. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within a few hours, preserving all the natural aromas, antioxidants, and nutrients. The result is a pure extra virgin olive oil with a strong, recognizable flavor.

Our olive oil is cold-pressed through a mechanical process that keeps the temperature below 27°C. This prevents oxidation and ensures that the natural aromas, antioxidants, and vitamins are preserved. The olives are processed shortly after harvest to guarantee freshness.
