About us

From a dry hill to a living legacy

I wandered here before I understood what olive trees were. As a child, I played among the rows of trees, helped where I could, and watched how this land — dry, rough, and unpredictable — slowly took shape through patience and perseverance.

But this story does not begin with me.

My grandfather saw potential in this region of Taourirt, Morocco, not limitation. Where others saw dry land, he saw a future. With nothing more than knowledge, time, and determination, he began to plant olive trees and brought others along with that idea. Step by step, not only the land grew, but also the community around it.

What started as a family initiative became a network of local farmers, all connected by the same principle: working with respect for nature, for the land, and for each other. Generation after generation, harvesting was done by hand, cold-pressed, and organic — not because it was a trend, but because it was the only way that made sense.

Our commitment went beyond the harvest. A part of the olive grove was donated to build a school for the community. That school still exists today. It stands as tangible proof that agriculture can not only produce food but also a future.

Today, I carry that responsibility.

MOLI is my way of keeping this history alive and elevating it — without losing its soul. By staying true to the artisanal process, maintaining local employment, and producing our extra virgin olive oil with care, but also by giving it a place on tables far beyond Taourirt.

Not to grow bigger for the sake of growing bigger, but to show what has existed here for generations: quality, integrity, and pride.

This is not a new story.

It is a continuation.
